In this ever changing economy we need to look to new markets and not let ourselves get entrenched in the old ways of thinking. It is time to break free of speculative buying in terms of our personal feelings and what others think and start buying and purchasing on sound financial principles coupled with a high degree of risk. Further corporate consolidation of lower priced beat up domestic stocks will also be another area of focus. Let's not forget about the commodities market too. With the rise in the price of corn, wheat and other products there will be money to be made. The overall goal of this club is to encourage and spread ideas and information about undervalued and unknown stocks. We are also going to work on putting out a weekly stock pick that will include Penny Stocks for those of you who are interested in them.

If at any point a majority of our members believe that our group is educational, when we become the richest fund on www.updown.com or reach a 1 billion dollar mark and if three people becomes financial free or millionaires in our group and admit that something they learned in the Billionaire Boys Club had a major part to their success, then the group has reached it's goal and may either find new goals or disband. *** The Billionaire Boys Club (BBC), a paper trading club, is a club is a group that wants to be useful to it's members and compete aggressively against all of the other trading and investing groups on www.updown.com. PROCESS OF THE CFO'S GOALS Every quarter, the members of the group will agree upon the goals of the CFO for the following quarter in the form of a poll. I think that it is appropriate that we set a goal to reach the $1,000,000 mark by Friday, March 28, 2008. Our quarter will end Monday, March 31, 2008 as our 1st quarter. The CFO of the fund, Mahdi Cashville will write a quarterly report. The current CFO, the highest chair member of the group will have two terms to do the following: 1. Reach $1,250,00, by Friday, June 27, 2008. If he succeed, then he may continue another term or appoint another to the next 1 term(3 month quarter) until he/she ends a quarter performing below their specific goals. If he fails to reach his/her objectives, an election will be held and either he will stay CFO or he will be replaced with a new majority vote leader based on the majority vote. Each new leader will have 2 quarters or 6 months to be the leader. A leader who has already been in a leadership position but has the majority vote will have 1 term to reach his goals. As long as a leader is reaching his or her goals set by the group, he or she may stay in power as the CFO or give their position to anyone they see fit in the group. A leader will not be removed for any reason in the middle of a term. This charter may be revised from time to time to reflect new goals and rules. CFO'S APPOINTED LEADERS - DISTRIBUTION OF POWER TO THE COUNSEL The CFO's appointed leaders are as follows (as listed): *Allthenames *Gameboyxp23 *Dig *Johnny *Bullish *Nevr... the Vice CFO and at least 1/3 of the other members of the CFO's appointed leaders (counsel) decide to vote against the CFO, the decision of the counsel shall override the CFO. Otherwise the CFO's decision is final. If you have an issue, mention it to one of the CFO's appointed leaders. They will represent you to the CFO. Once a member is appointed by the CFO as a leader, the can't be fired until the end of the quarter. The Vice CFO can only veto a measure by the CFO, he/she may not actually initiate a trade without the permission of the CFO. THE POWERS OF THE COUNSEL The CFO may appoint anywhere between 3 and 12 members of the group to help him manage the fund. These members of the counsel will then elect among themselves a Vice CFO. The Vice CFO will jump in as the leader of the fund in the event that the CFO isn't available to keep watch on the fund. The Counsel will in turn find their own specialists in the group. These people may be selected as a top leader later with good performance and an endorsement from a counsel member. TRADING/INVESTING RULES No more than 15% of a current portfolio value may be invested in a single security. A trailing stop of 10% will be manually implemented. This will protect against crashes. When a trade grows 30%, 2/3 of the profits will be protected at all times. Evert trade or investment will have a clearly outlined exit strategy.
